Note: Should we fill up before the deadline, there will be a waiting list for those who requested spaces in case payment does not arrive or some vendors/artists have to cancel.

Q: What are the prices and deadlines for submitting the payment?
A:Dealers Tables: $35 until June 15, $40 until October 1

Note: Tables are not guaranteed until we receive the full payment. Requests are considered on a first come, first served basis. Postmarks may be used to determine order.
Q: Do you allow bootlegs?
A: NO. We have security who are trained to recognize bootlegs and will be doing random inspections of the dealers room.If we find bootlegs, you'll be asked to remove them, or we'll remove you from the convention. And it goes without saying that once that happens you won't be asked to return to our event.
Q: Do you allow fanart?
A: Yes, provided its not a knockoff/copy of a commercially released product. For example: If its an original pose of Naruto its fine, if its a tracing or freehand copy of a pencilboard or something else that Viz already releases, its not so fine. For more discussion of this topic please see the forum.
Q: Do you allow food?
A: Scanticon policy allows the sale of dry packaged foods but not the sale of drinks of any kind. Eating is permitted but only in the designated eating areas only.
